An IPv6 address has the form of eight hexadecimal numbers separated by colons. An example of an IPv6 address is: 2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334

How to create a network #

To create a network, go to:

  1. IPv6 management.
  2. Select IPv6.
  3. Press create a network.

You can assign a float group to the network. Read more on Float group.

Additionally, you can select the priority; this has a value between 0 and 10 that is considered.

How to create a subnet aggregate for a user #

To configure a subnet, select the network.

Inside this section, you have the option to create a subnet or multiple subnets.

Select the mask for the subnet that the user will use and assign the user that will be the owner of the subnet.

After you create the subnet, you can assign a user and add a tag.

How to create a multiples subnets #

To create multiples subnet go to: 

  1. IP management
  2. Select IPv6
  3. Select network
  4. Press multiples subnets

To add the IPs is through a range of IP using both forms field. The first one for the initial IP of the Network and the second field for the last one. For example, to


Select the range of IPs to create the subnet, the mask and sub mask, user, and task. 

After you create the subnet, you will find two more options to add a DNS reverse and a tag.

How to delete a subnet #

To delete a subnet,

  1. Select the subnet you want to delete.
  2. Press delete.
  3. A pop-up window will appear to verify you want to delete the subnet.
